Expanded summary · Gemini

You can now create and edit Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides files directly inside a Gemini chat, without switching apps.

Gemini has a new feature that lets you work with files right in the chat. You can ask it to create a document, spreadsheet, or presentation, and then open it to make changes without leaving the conversation.

This also works for PDFs and other file types, making it much faster to get work done.
