1memo Support

Account and sign-in

1memo uses Google or Apple sign-in instead of a password created inside the app. Use the same provider and email address on iPhone, Android, and 1memo.ai so your preferences and 1memo+ access can follow the same account.

1memo+ billing

Manage or cancel a subscription through the provider that charged you: Apple App Store on iPhone, Google Play on Android, or Stripe on the web. If a completed purchase is missing, open Settings and use Restore Purchases, then contact support with the provider and approximate purchase time if access still does not appear.

Notifications

Notification time and cadence are device-specific. Check both 1memo Settings and the phone's system notification settings. A memo remains readable in the app even when notification permission is declined or delivery is delayed.

Report a third-party ad

The compact Report this ad link appears only beside a third-party network ad. Tap it, choose the closest reason, add an optional explanation, and continue to the prepared support email. Before sending, attach a screenshot that shows the ad and the surrounding 1memo screen. Do not include passwords, purchase receipts, or other private account information in the screenshot.

FatherPhi membership messages and clearly labeled sponsored partner posts are first-party placements, so they do not show the network-ad report control. You can still contact support about any 1memo experience.

Delete your account and data

In the mobile app or on the web, open Settings, choose Help & about, and select Delete account. If you cannot access the account, email support from the address associated with it so we can verify and process the request. We remove your 1memo profile, sign-in sessions, preferences, onboarding progress, notification devices, personalized reading state, and account-linked first-party ad frequency records within 30 days.

We may retain limited transaction, tax, fraud-prevention, security, or audit records where required by law or a legitimate business obligation. Apple, Google, and Stripe retain their own purchase records under their policies. Deleting a 1memo account does not automatically cancel a subscription managed by one of those providers; cancel it in the provider's billing settings as well.
